Heart colour shifting necklace. I have painted the heart with purple, pink and blue colour shifting mica powders and then poured black resin into the mould to make the dark heart pendant. Your heart will appear to be a mix of colours depending on how it catches the light. Sometimes more of the black layer can show through or bubbles can appear. This is not a flaw but a result of the mica powder and resin mixing together.

Each heart is handmade in Somerset and is one of a kind. Your colour shifting necklace will be sent to you boxed with a gorgeous gift bag. The heart is approximately 4.5 cm in size, with a silver plated bail for the necklace to thread through and supplied with a 18 inch black cord and silver plated lobster claw clasp with a two inch extension chain. Giving you the option to wear with different necklines or over layers.

The dark metallic heart necklace would make a fabulous gift for someone who loves alternative jewellery, especially heart jewellery.

Black heart puffy necklace on an 18 inch black cord chain with a silver plated clasp. I wanted to create a large and eye catching statement pendant. I love how the metallic silver and the smaller purple and turquoise iridescent mineral flakes mix together to form an unusual pattern in the clear resin. I added a layer of black resin to make the colours stand out.

Colour shifting heart earrings on sterling silver.

Colour shifting heart earrings on sterling silver ear wires. These are a dark and mysterious pair of earrings and an ideal gift for someone who loves alternative jewellery. The colours shift from metallic green to purple and dark pink depending on how the light catches them. I have then added black resin to really accentuate the colour shifting effect. An unusual item and a perfect pair of earrings when you still want to wear hearts but pastels and glitters are not your thing.

Ideal for day or evening. Lightweight and easy to wear. An inspirational present when looking for an alternative and heart felt gift for Valentine’s day.

The colour shifting heart earrings are approximately 2 cm in size on sterling silver fish hook style ear wires and will be sent to you boxed with a red satin gift bag. All resin items are hand made and orders are despatched 5 – 7 working days from time of ordering via Royal Mail tracked and signed for service.

Each pair of resin earrings are handmade from my own original designs. I have mixed the most stunning metallic colour combinations of mica powders and resin to create the dark and mysterious earrings. I make the pairs of earrings at the same time to get as close a match as possible. Your earrings may vary slightly as the colour shifting mica powders and resin blend together and tiny bubbles can form during the final curing process and therefore your earrings may be slightly different from the ones in the photos. This is not an imperfection but is part of the joy of owning a unique hand crafted item.
