Rainbow heart stripe necklace. Hearts are one of my bestselling items and this stripey version is fast becoming my favourite heart to make. I roll the polymer clay colours out by hand and wanted a rainbow with 7 colours – red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and pink. The individual stripes of clay are set on a red background and then the heart shapes are cut out followed by many layers of a clear top coat to give the rainbow heart necklace a fabulous glossy finish yet keeping the tactile nature of the stripes.
The heart pendant is approximately 2 cm in size and dangles from a sterling silver bail (the part the chain threads through) on a 18 inch sterling silver chain. Your rainbow heart stripe necklace will be sent to you boxed all ready to give as a gift or as a much deserved treat for yourself.
This necklace is ideal for someone who loves bright and quirky jewellery but wants a subtler item to wear.
